Summary In this role you set your earnings potential by independently selling PROTOCOOL services at local Lowe’s locations. You earn commissions and bonuses for every qualified lead you generate and for each subsequent business your referrals bring to PROTOCOOL. Job Duties Work with the team: maintain contact with supervisor and colleagues to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and the customer experience is seamless. Meet with Lowe’s shoppers: professionally engage shoppers, communicate the benefits of PROTOCOOL, capture customer information, and forward qualified leads to the PROTOCOOL office. Exercise professional autonomy: work largely without supervision while exceeding performance expectations. Job Requirements Outgoing people person: confident, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers. Ready to work: arrive punctually at assigned Lowe’s sites, possess a cell phone for communication with the PROTOCOOL office, and be available evenings, weekends, and occasionally on holidays.
