Spanish/English Bilingual Teacher

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Innovators Trilingual Academy

Innovators Trilingual Academy is seeking a Spanish/English Bilingual Teacher to join our growing Montessori school. The selected teacher will be responsible for teaching both Spanish and English to elementary-aged students in a multicultural and multilingual learning environment.

We are hiring immediately. We are seeking a qualified candidate who can begin onboarding and training as soon as possible and be fully prepared to work with students when they return from fall break on Monday, September 28 .

Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish and English through engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Develop and implement lessons that support students' language development in both Spanish and English
• Incorporate reading, writing, vocabulary, conversation, and comprehension activities in both languages
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly lesson plans
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support students with different learning styles, academic levels, and developmental needs
• Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administration
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and student supervision
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
• Follow Montessori-inspired classroom practices and school procedures
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous experience teaching or working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Classroom, childcare, Montessori, or educational experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to working with children
• Ability to create and maintain a positive learning environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with administration and other teachers
• Montessori experience or familiarity with Montessori principles is a plus

We are looking for a bilingual educator who is confident teaching in both Spanish and English , dependable, professional, creative, and passionate about working with children.

Immediate availability is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to begin onboarding and training ASAP and be prepared to work with students when they return on Monday, September 28.
