Key responsibilities Execute and manage paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring high accuracy in setups with 5+ ad groups Build and launch programmatic campaigns across relevant DSPs, adhering to best practices and optimizing for best ROI Proactively communicate campaign insights and performance updates to team leads and support on escalated matters Required qualifications BS/BA degree in marketing, data analytics, business administration, or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of direct experience in digital ad operations or campaign management In-platform experience with at least one major DSP or social advertising platform High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills Working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic and paid social channels
